Getting to Piraeus Port
From Athens International Airport you can use the bus 96. start from  the bus stop of Athens  airport  and  run at coast Vasiliadi  gate and pass Agios Dionisios, Piraeus Railway  Metro  Station  and  end at Karaiskaki Square.
The underground railway (green line-metro) also ends at the port of Piraeus
