Sky Express is a regional charter Airline based in Heraklion Crete, operating under a Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority issued Air Operator Certificate in accordance with the European Aviation Safety Agency and the Joint Aviation Authorities Regulations

Sky Express will operate charter flights connecting Crete with the Aegean islands of Rhodes, Mykonos, Mytilini, Santorini and other attractive destinations. Other services include: air-taxi, Emergency Medical Service, excursions, sight-seeing and cargo flights

CONDITIONS

CANCELATIONS
Ticket cancellations are refundable up to 48 hours before the flight with 50% of the ticket price. Tickets are non-refundable when cancelled within 48 hours before flight.

RESERVATIONS
Reservations are permitted for 48 hours only. Tickets must be issued within 48 hours of reservation otherwise they automatically cancelled. No reservations are permitted within 48 hours before the flight

BAGGAGE
The maximum allowable baggage weight per passenger is 12,5 kg. If there is a need for more weight, please contact the carrier 24 hours before the flight. From 12.5 kg to 26.5 kg there will be a charge of 3 Euro per kilo. From 26,5 kg to 70 kg a seat will have to be booked for the price of the net fare (without taxes). From 70 kg to 140 kg two seats will have to be booked for the price of two net tickets
